Under Dravid, Team India Emerged as a Dominant Force Across Formats: BCCI Secy

Under Dravid’s guidance, Team India has become a formidable force in all cricket formats, stated BCCI Secretary Jay Shah. He lauded the outgoing head coach Rahul Dravid for transforming India into a “dominant force” and fostering unity within the team.

During Dravid’s tenure, India clinched the T20 World Cup in the USA and the Caribbean, marking their first victory in 17 years. The team also made it to the finals of both the World Test Championships and the ODI World Cup.

Additionally, India’s captain Rohit Sharma penned a heartfelt note of thanks to Dravid earlier today, acknowledging his exceptional leadership and ability to keep his fame separate from his coaching role.
