Balasore: A one-and-half-year-old boy died today after consuming kerosene at his house in Tentuligocchi village under Soro police limits in Balasore.
According to reports, the toddler consumed kerosene mistaking it for water at his house. Following this, he was immediately rushed to the hospital where he breathed his last while undergoing treatment.
Police have registered a case of unnatural death and sent the body for post-mortem.
A pall of gloom descended in the village following the incident.
