New Delhi: Tata Play has decided to offer this to non-Tata Play users as well. The aggregator app has tie-ups with 25 VOD services, including the likes of Disney+Hotstar, ZEE5, Voot, SonyLIV, MX Player, Planet Marathi, Sun NXT, Hoichoi, Eros Now, and others. These will be available for all smartphone users, with no condition of needing a DTH subscription.
So far since its launch in 2020, the app has been available only to Tata Play subscribers and has around 1 million paid subscribers. The company says that making content discovery easier for the end user is the main motive behind this move.
Tata Play Binge Now Available To Everyone
Tata Play Binge OTT service was launched way back in 2020 but it was limited to just Tata Play (previously Tata Sky) subscribers. Now, the company has announced that it will be available to even non-Tata Play subscribers as well. The Binge app combines over 25 OTT applications, including the likes of Disney+Hotstar, ZEE5, Voot, SonyLIV, MX Player, Planet Marathi, Sun NXT, Hoichoi, Eros Now, and others.
Tata Play Binge packages are available at Rs 59, Rs 99, Rs 175, and Rs 299 monthly packages. The Rs 199 and Rs 299 monthly can be accessed on connected devices, while others are mobile-only plans. Additionally, there are a variety of OTT app combinations with the same price tag. For example, the Rs 59 pack has three options: MX Starter, Zee5 Starter, and Voot Starter. Based on which apps you use/watch the most, you can pick them accordingly. This way you won’t have to pay for the apps that you don’t use.
