Cuttack: The Orissa High Court has granted conditional bail to Archana Nag, accused of extorting huge amounts of money from many bigwigs by blackmailing them.
Archana has been granted bail in the case registered with Nayapalli police station, her lawyer said on Wednesday.
She has been ordered to cooperate in the case and not to go outside, Archana’s lawyer further added. However, Archana still has to stay in jail in the ED case and Sraddhanjali case.
Earlier on March 15, Archana’s husband Jagbandhu Chand was granted bail by the High Court in the film producer Akshaya Parija case. Archana was arrested on October 7, 2022, in a sextortion case.
