Bhubaneswar: The Police Commissionerate launched a special campaign named “Safe City Drive” on Friday to prevent the increasing crime in Smart City Bhubaneswar.
In this context, about 45 bike-borne policemen will patrol all over Bhubaneswar in two teams and keep a strict eye on anti-social elements.
The special drive will keep strict surveillance on illegal activities, drunken driving, speed biking etc. The cops will take action if necessary.
Senior officials of the Police Commissionerate said that the drive will be carried out across the city including the sensitive places during evening hours.
