Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in New Delhi for a two-day state visit, marking the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally received him at Palam Airport with a warm hug, before both leaders departed together in the same car — a symbolic gesture underscoring the strength of bilateral ties.
