Ahead of the Bahuda Yatra and Sunabesha 2026, the Puri Police have rolled out a special traffic advisory introducing dedicated shuttle services to streamline the movement of devotees across major parking and transit hubs in the pilgrim town.
According to the advisory, three major shuttle routes will operate:
- Talabania Parking: Shuttles from Helipad Chaka to Ram Mandir Chaka via Block Office, with return services via Shreekhestra Colony.
- Samanga Parking: Services from Samanga to Shree Setu Overbridge near Matitota via Shreesetu Gate, and another route from Samanga to Sterling Chhaka via Mangalaghat Square and Omkareshwar Temple. Return services will connect back via Mangalaghat Chhaka and Omkareshwar Temple.
- Sterling Parking: Shuttles from Sterling Chhaka to Light House, with return trips back to Sterling Chhaka.
Police have urged devotees to use the shuttle services to avoid congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow during the festivities.
