The mortal remains of Late Pratap Malik arrived at Bhubaneswar Airport before being transported to his hometown Pattamundai, following significant intervention by Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda.
Responding to an emotional plea from Malik’s grieving family, MP Panda personally coordinated with India’s Honorary Consul in the Republic of Benin (@india_nigeria) to ensure the swift return of the body from abroad.
Expressing his heartfelt gratitude, Panda thanked the Ministry of External Affairs and Indian diplomatic missions for their swift, compassionate, and efficient assistance during this deeply tragic time.
The timely repatriation has brought solace to the bereaved family, with many appreciating the coordinated efforts that ensured their loved one was brought home with dignity.
