The eighth edition of the PM Mementoes e-auction, featuring a unique collection of gifts and artefacts presented to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has been officially extended until Oct 31, 2026.
Public bidding is live on the official portal, pmmementos.gov.in, allowing citizens to acquire rare keepsakes while contributing to a noble environmental cause.
This latest edition puts the spotlight on 30 distinct mementoes, highlighting the diverse cultural, artistic, and historical dimensions of Delhi. The eclectic catalogue features nine photo frames, nine individual mementoes, six idols and sculptures, alongside Delhi Metro models, sports memorabilia, and exquisite paintings.
The collection bridges several themes, ranging from rich religious traditions—such as a Ram Darbar sculpture, a brass plaque depicting Kevat and Lord Ram, a wooden statue of Ram Lalla, and Buddhist Ashtamangala symbols—to Delhi’s iconic institutional heritage like St. Stephen’s College, the Old Secretariat, and the New Parliament Building.
It also celebrates public service and individual achievements, showcasing a detailed pencil sketch of PM Modi by a Rohini student, a discus belonging to Paralympic silver medallist Yogesh Kathuniya, and the NCC’s gold-polished Param Vir Mati Kalash.
With all proceeds directed toward the Namami Gange Project for the rejuvenation and conservation of the River Ganga, the extended auction offers a profound opportunity to combine public ownership of memorable national artefacts with national service.
