Alanda: At least six more arrested on charges of booth capturing and attacking voters inside booth in Tichhini village under Alanda panchayat.
So far 14 persons have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the booth capturing.
Jajpur Sadar Police has arrested two persons, identified as Karunakar Acharya and Maninath Sahu, for allegedly capturing booth number 5 at Rudrapur village.
On the other hand, Dharamsala Police has arrested 12 persons. They are accused of capturing booths number 6 and 7 at Chainihuda Project Primary School, and booth number 8 at Nalkul.
Further investigation in this regard is underway, said a police official.
