The clash of exam dates in Odisha has led to mounting frustration among aspirants as key recruitment exams coincide, causing widespread inconvenience.
The Students Against Corruption (SAC) organization took to the streets on Monday to protest the scheduling chaos.
Two crucial exams, the SBI PO Prelims and Odisha Police SI Prelims, are set for March 8, 2025. Additionally, the OPSC Assistant Agriculture Officer (AAO) exam and the Railway Protection Force (RPF) Constable Test are both scheduled for March 9, 2025. This overlap forces candidates to make tough decisions, potentially jeopardizing years of preparation.
The SAC has accused the state recruitment boards of negligence and called for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the recent exams conducted by OPSC, OSSC, and OSSSC. These allegations add fuel to the fire of discontent among the candidates.
As of now, there has been no official response from the state government or the exam-conducting bodies regarding the overlapping dates and allegations of corruption. Candidates continue to express their concerns, hoping for a swift resolution to the issue.
