Shri Asanta Kumar Das takes charge as the District and Sessions Judge in Ganjam at Berhampur. He brings extensive experience and a reputation for judicial diligence, which is expected to benefit one of the state’s busiest courts.
Meanwhile, Shri Pradyumna Kumar Nayak steps into his new role as the District and Sessions Judge in Jagatsinghpur. His appointment aims to streamline case management and accelerate legal proceedings in the district.
In a significant administrative shift, Dr. Pabitra Mohan Samal moves from the judiciary to the executive branch. He now serves as Principal Secretary of the Law Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar. With his legal acumen and policy expertise, he is poised to drive legislative reforms and improve departmental governance.
