Odisha Power Generation Corporation Ltd. (OPGC) achieved a remarkable milestone by securing the first position among state sector power generators in India, reflecting its superior Plant Load Factor (PLF) performance.
According to rankings up to May 2026, OPGC stands 1st in the state sector, 10th across all sectors nationwide, and 6th among large power stations with capacity exceeding 1000 MW. This achievement underscores OPGC’s operational reliability and efficiency in power generation.
