The annual matriculation examinations began today across Odisha with 5,61,979 students appearing at designated centres.

On the first day, School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond visited Unit-1 Government High School in Bhubaneswar to review arrangements. He inspected facilities, interacted with officials, and stressed the importance of smooth conduct.
The minister extended best wishes to all examinees, encouraging them to remain confident and focused. Officials confirmed that strict measures are in place to prevent malpractice and ensure fairness.
