The Higher Education Department of Odisha has announced a free residential coaching programme for 200 eligible candidates under the UPSC Civil Services Residential Coaching Scheme for 2025–26.
The initiative aims to support talented individuals from underprivileged and rural backgrounds, providing 11 months of intensive coaching covering Prelims, Mains, General Studies, and Optional papers as per the UPSC syllabus. The programme is fully residential, offering free food and accommodation to all selected candidates.
