The Odisha Government has begun the process to finalize appointments in various state-run Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) by June 30.
In a letter dated June 1, 2026, Special Secretary to the Government Lipsa Das directed the Additional Secretary of the GA & PG Department to furnish updated information on appointments made across state PSUs. The communication, issued by the Public Enterprises Department, seeks detailed data for review and necessary administrative action.
The department also forwarded copies of the memo to the Chief Secretary’s Office and the Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Public Enterprises Department for coordination. Officials confirmed that the exercise aims to streamline recruitment and ensure transparency in PSU appointments.
Sources indicated that the government intends to complete the appointment process within the stipulated timeline, reinforcing accountability and efficiency in public sector management.
