The Odisha government has extended key deadlines for the online submission and review of electronic Performance Appraisal Reports (e-PARs) for Group A and B employees for the 2024–25 assessment year.
In a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department on Saturday, the revised schedule applies as a one-time relaxation due to “unavoidable circumstances” and is to be completed through the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) portal.

The department has urged officials not to wait until the final day to avoid server congestion and technical issues.
Despite the relaxed intermediate deadlines, authorities have clarified that no submissions will be accepted beyond December 31, 2025, in line with clause 11(e) of the Performance Appraisal Report guidelines (Memo No. 1199/PRO dated April 26, 2006).
All Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, and Heads of Departments have been instructed to widely circulate the revised dates within their respective departments.
