Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has officially invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend the world-famous Puri Rath Yatra in 2025.
Alongside PM Modi, all Union Ministers and Chief Ministers of NDA-ruled states have also been extended the invitation.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida has informed about the formal invitation extended to the Prime Minister. The Rath Yatra, an annual religious event, draws millions of devotees and tourists to Puri to witness the majestic procession of Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra.
This year’s celebration is expected to be grand, with speculation about PM Modi’s possible participation adding to the excitement among devotees. If he attends, it will mark a significant moment in Odisha’s spiritual and cultural landscape.
