The Government of Odisha announced major administrative changes on June 8, transferring two senior Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers to new positions within the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC), Cuttack.
According to the official notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, Satyabrata Ray, OAS (SS), who served as Additional Secretary at OPSC, now assumes charge as Secretary, OPSC, Cuttack. In the same order, Sanjibeeta Ray, OAS (SAG), previously Assistant Controller of Examinations, OPSC, has been appointed Additional Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations, OPSC, Cuttack.
The notification, signed by Ghasiram Murmu, Special Secretary to the Government, confirmed that the transfers were made under the directive of the Governor. Both officers are expected to strengthen administrative efficiency and examination management at the state’s premier recruitment body.
