The helpline—0674-2543541—will remain active throughout the bandh period to ensure public safety and smooth communication.
Authorities have advised residents to reach out to this number in case of emergencies, disruptions, or any untoward incidents. The initiative aims to bolster public confidence and maintain law and order during the bandh.
Police have also deployed surveillance measures, including drones and AI-powered cameras, to monitor sensitive zones such as Lok Seva Bhawan, the State Assembly, and other key locations.
