The Higher Education Department announced the admission process for two-year B.Ed, M.Ed, and B.H.Ed courses for the academic session 2026–27.
Candidates can apply online through the SAMS portal by filling out the Common Application Form (CAF) between 23rd March and 6th April, 2026. The department will forward all applicant data to the State Selection Board (SSB) on 13th April for the conduct of the entrance examination.
Admit cards will be available from 27th May, 2026. The B.Ed entrance examination will take place on 31st May, while the M.Ed and B.H.Ed examinations are scheduled for 3rd June, 2026.
The notification ensures a streamlined admission process for aspiring teachers and education professionals. The department emphasised that the entrance examination will serve as the sole gateway for enrollment into these courses.
