The Odisha Assembly confirmed that higher education institutions across the state will soon introduce the ‘AI for ALL’ curriculum to promote artificial intelligence learning.
Higher Education Minister Suryabanshi Suraj, in a written reply to the House, stated that the department has prepared to roll out the program. The curriculum aims to provide AI education to students across universities and colleges, ensuring wider exposure to emerging technologies.
Rama Devi University has already established an AI & Robotics Centre of Excellence, while Sambalpur State Open University has introduced AI courses at the postgraduate level in arts. These initiatives reflect Odisha’s growing commitment to integrating AI into mainstream education.
