OPSC OCS 2023 Results Out: 398 Candidates Selected, Priyanshu Pal Tops

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has officially announced the final results of the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Examination 2023, marking a significant milestone for aspirants across the state.


Priyanshu Pal has emerged as the top ranker, followed by Ananya Mishra and Sovan Pattanaik.

A total of 398 candidates, including 144 women, have been recommended for appointment to various Group A and B posts under the Odisha Civil Services. The selection was based on the Main Written Examination held across multiple dates in April and May 2025, and the Personality Test conducted from September 6 to 18, 2025.

The Commission noted that one unreserved post remains vacant due to a pending High Court order. Additionally, all selected candidates’ appointments are provisional, subject to verification of their documents by the respective appointing authorities.
