Time Magazine has unveiled its 2025 list of the 100 Most Influential People, spotlighting major figures across politics, business, and entertainment.
This year’s selection includes familiar names like US President Donald Trump, tech visionary Elon Musk, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Bangladesh’s Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus, and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum.
A notable omission this year is the absence of an Indian figure on the prestigious list. Previous editions featured prominent Indian personalities like actor Alia Bhatt and wrestler Sakshi Malik. However, Indian-origin Reshma Kewalramani, CEO of Vertex Pharmaceuticals and a trailblazer in biotechnology, represents the Indian diaspora.
Muhammad Yunus, an 84-year-old Nobel laureate, is the oldest person recognised in this year’s rankings. TIME Magazine’s five international covers highlight influential figures such as actor Demi Moore, rapper Snoop Dogg, tennis legend Serena Williams, singer Ed Sheeran, and DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis.
The TIME 100 is divided into categories like Leaders, Icons, and Titans, showcasing individuals who have made significant contributions across various domains.
