New Delhi: The NEET PG 2024 examination by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has been rescheduled to August 11, 2024, following its postponement from the original date of June 23, 2024, as announced by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).
NEET PG is a national-level entrance examination for admission to post-MBBS DNB courses, post-MBBS direct 6-year DrNB courses, and NBEMS diploma courses offered by medical colleges nationwide.
It’s worth noting that the NBEMS, under the Health Ministry, is responsible for conducting postgraduate and postdoctoral examinations in approved specialities leading to the award of Diplomate of National Board (DNB) and Doctorate of National Board (DrNB), respectively.
Furthermore, the NBEMS previously cautioned candidates about fraudulent individuals attempting to deceive NEET-PG aspirants by offering questions in exchange for money. The board has taken legal action against such fraudsters and warned candidates about the consequences of engaging in such activities.
