Entrepreneur and social activist Navya Naveli Nanda, 27, shared glimpses of her visit to Apple Park just hours before the tech giant’s much-anticipated “Awe-dropping” event, where the iPhone 17 series is set to be unveiled.
Nanda posted pictures on Instagram posing with Apple CEO Tim Cook at the company’s futuristic headquarters. She also shared a short video capturing Cook interacting with other invited guests, including global tech creators and influencers, as part of a special pre-event meet-and-greet.
Her post, captioned “Day 1 with Apple,” also highlighted the iconic rainbow stage at Apple Park. Reports suggest the company hosted a meal for the creators inside its circular campus, which features an artificial pond, landscaped courtyard, and café.
Navya, granddaughter of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, is the daughter of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda, chairman of Escorts Kubota. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University, is pursuing a part-time MBA at IIM Ahmedabad, and is the founder of Project Naveli, an initiative aimed at gender equality. She also co-hosts a podcast focused on youth issues.
Apple is set to unveil the iPhone 17 lineup today, with enhanced artificial intelligence capabilities expected to be the key highlight. The event continues Apple’s annual tradition of September launches, with the iPhone remaining its biggest revenue generator.
