The World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025 has announced a final opportunity for media professionals to register as delegates.
After high demand, the registration window will reopen for three days, from April 21 to 23.
Journalists, photographers, freelance media professionals, and digital content creators now have a last chance to secure access to the prestigious event, scheduled to take place from May 1–4, 202,5 in Mumbai. Approved delegates will have exclusive opportunities to attend keynote sessions, network with industry leaders, and gain insight into India’s growing creative economy.
Applicants must submit government-issued ID, media affiliation proof, passport-sized photograph, ten work samples, and, for international delegates, a valid visa. The registration portal will remain open until 11:59 PM on April 23, 2025. Successful applicants will receive email confirmation and access to an official WhatsApp group for real-time event updates.
WAVES 2025 is a landmark summit highlighting broadcasting, print media, television, radio, films, animation, gaming, comics, sound & music, advertising, digital media, AR, VR, XR, and generative AI. The event promises to amplify India’s position as a hub for innovation and content creation on a global stage.
