Cuttack: Police arrested a man for allegedly duping people on the pretext of providing land at a cheaper rate. The arrestee has been identified as Kishore Kumar Sinha of Mrutang village in Jagatsinghpur
As per reports, Kishore took Rs 2 lakhs in advance from one Patitapaban Senapati. However, even after many days, Kishore failed to provide land to Senapati.
Following this Senapati asked for his money back, but, instead of returning the amount, Kishore threatened Senapati. With no options left, Senapati lodged a complaint at the local police station.
Acting on the complaint, police arrested the accused and forwarded him to the court.
