In a significant administrative overhaul, the Odisha Government has reshuffled 29 senior Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers, aiming to enhance governance efficiency across key sectors.
The transfers, effective immediately, place experienced officials in leadership roles to streamline operations within revenue and district administration.
Key Appointments Include:

Birsen Pradhan and Sukanta Kumar Behera as Secretaries to the Revenue Divisional Commissioners in Berhampur (South) and Cuttack (Central).

Lipsa Das, Siona Mishra, and Kanak Champa Meher assumed positions as Additional Commissioners in Higher Education, the Board of Revenue, and Land Records & Settlement.

Additional District Magistrates assigned to Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Ganjam, Koraput, Nayagarh, and Gajapati to strengthen local administration.
