In a significant administrative overhaul, the Odisha government has announced the transfer and fresh postings of multiple officers from the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS), Odisha Revenue Service (ORS), Odisha Municipal Administrative Service (OMAS), and Odisha Municipal Finance Service (OMFS).
The move aims to strengthen urban governance and fill key positions across municipalities and Notified Area Councils (NACs).
The Housing and Urban Development (H&UD) Department issued a notification detailing the reshuffle, with officers being appointed as Executive Officers, Deputy Commissioners, and Enforcement Officers under foreign service terms and conditions.
