Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed deep grief over the demise of former Odisha Governor of Odisha Muralidhar Chandrakant Bhandare (95).
In a condolence message, CM Majhi said that Late Bhandare contributed significantly to the development of the state as the Governor of Odisha. “Due to his wisdom and innocent nature, he became the favourite of the entire state…His departure is an irreparable loss,” he said.
ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ମୁରଲୀଧର ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରକାନ୍ତ ଭଣ୍ଡାରେଙ୍କ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ବିଷୟରେ ଶୁଣି ମୁଁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମର୍ମାହତ। ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ସ୍ବର୍ଗତ ଭଣ୍ଡାରେଙ୍କ ଅବଦାନ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଥିଲା।
ସ୍ବର୍ଗତ ଭଣ୍ଡାରେଙ୍କ ଅମର ଆତ୍ମାର ସଦ୍ଗତି କାମନା କରିବା ସହିତ ପରିବାର ଓ ବନ୍ଧୁବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସମବେଦନା ଜ୍ଞାପନ କରୁଛି।

The chief minister expressed his condolences to the bereaved family of Bhandare and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
He was the Governor of Odisha from 2007 to 2013.
