CPET 2026 Results Declared; Check Scores on SAMS Portal

The Higher Education Department declared the results of the Common PG Entrance Test (CPET) 2026 today for admission to postgraduate programmes in the academic session 2026–27.


Candidates who appeared for the examination can check their scores on the SAMS Portal.

A total of 58,613 candidates registered for CPET 2026, while 53,901 appeared for the test. The entrance examination was conducted for admission to 50 postgraduate programmes across Odisha.

The Department confirmed that 32,309 seats are available in 132 Higher Education Institutions under its administrative control. Admissions will be based strictly on merit secured in CPET 2026.

Officials stated that the admission schedule for postgraduate programmes will be published soon on the SAMS Portal. Students are advised to regularly check the portal for updates regarding counselling and seat allocation.
