Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will hold a public grievance hearing at Unit 2’s old government primary school building in Bhubaneswar on Monday, May 19, at 8 AM.

The meeting, aimed at addressing citizens’ concerns, has been officially confirmed by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO).

The decision to conduct the grievance hearing at this venue comes after careful government deliberation.

Given the anticipated large gathering near the Chief Minister’s residence, concerns regarding security have arisen. Thousands of residents are expected to participate, prompting the relocation of the complaint cell to the designated school building to manage the crowd efficiently.

Arrangements have been made by the GA&PG Department and other allied departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the grievance hearing, including seating, registration, and security protocols.

Additionally, officials have announced that pre-registration is mandatory for participation, with a cap of 1,000 attendees. Those who wish to present their grievances must register online before the event to secure their place in the meeting.
