On the auspicious occasion of Odia New Year, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi unveiled the much-anticipated Odia New Year Calendar at the sacred Puri Srimandir.
The calendar, meticulously prepared by the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), outlines the temple’s festival dates and ritual timings, serving as a guide for devotees throughout the year.
The unveiling ceremony was marked by traditional rituals, with the calendar first dedicated to the deities of the Srimandir. The Chief Minister, accompanied by dignitaries including Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan and Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari, expressed his heartfelt wishes to the people of Odisha on this holy occasion.
