This year, the overall pass percentage stands at 88.39%. Continuing the trend of recent years, girls have outperformed boys, showcasing their academic excellence. A total of 17,04,367 students registered for the examination, out of which 16,92,794 appeared, and 14,96,307 successfully passed.

A student who scores 33 per cent on the CBSE exam is said to have passed. If a student fails to achieve this criterion by one mark or so, the grace mark(s) may be awarded.

On the day of the results, CBSE sends student results directly to associated schools via registered emails. Schools then print and deliver real copies to their students.

The announcement was met with excitement and relief, as students celebrated their academic achievements. With an increased pass rate compared to previous years, education experts say this reflects the dedication of both students and educators.

CBSE officials have advised students to download their digital mark sheets via DigiLocker and approach their schools for physical copies. The board has also opened avenues for result verification and re-evaluation for those seeking clarity on their scores.

The declaration of Class 12 results marks a crucial milestone for students, as they gear up for college admissions and future career prospects. Many institutions are expected to release their cut-off lists soon, paving the way for higher education opportunities.
