Wedding celebrations for Arjun Tendulkar and his fiancée Saaniya Chandok began on a grand note in Jamnagar, with members of the Tendulkar and Ambani families coming together for a traditional puja ceremony.
Sachin Tendulkar, along with his wife Anjali Tendulkar and daughter Sara Tendulkar, attended the festivities as the families gathered to mark the beginning of the celebrations. The event was also graced by Nita Ambani, Mukesh Ambani, Akash Ambani, Anant Ambani, Shloka Mehta, and Radhika Merchant.
The ceremony was reportedly held at the same venue where Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant previously solemnised their vows.

A video circulating on social media shows the families participating in a traditional puja. In the clip, Nita Ambani delivers a heartfelt speech in honour of the couple, while Radhika Merchant is seen applying tilak during the ceremony.
Sachin Tendulkar also addressed the gathering, expressing gratitude to Nita and Mukesh Ambani for their hospitality and sharing his pride as his son embarks on a new chapter in life.
The intimate yet grand celebration reflected a blend of family traditions and elegant hospitality.
Nita Ambani’s Purple Saree and Polki Diamond Look
For the special occasion, Nita Ambani chose a regal purple saree from her personal collection. The six-yard ensemble featured intricate pattern work, gold patchwork embroidery, and a broad border adorned with gota patti detailing, jaali embroidery, sequins, and floral motifs.
She draped the saree in a traditional style, with neatly arranged pleats and the pallu cascading gracefully over her shoulder, allowing the craftsmanship to stand out.
Complementing the attire, she selected statement polki diamond jewellery. Her accessories included a floral-motif necklace studded with diamonds, matching oversized earrings, stacked bangles, kadhas, and a bold statement ring.
Keeping her hairstyle elegant, she wore her hair loose in soft waves with a side parting. Her makeup featured defined brows, subtle smoky eyes, kohl-lined lashes, blush-toned cheeks, highlighted contours, and a glossy mauve-pink lip shade.
Bride and Groom’s Coordinated Traditional Ensembles
Arjun Tendulkar opted for a navy blue embroidered sherwani paired with a sequinned jacket, kurta, and churidar trousers. His bride-to-be, Saaniya Chandok, complemented him in an ivory lehenga embellished with shimmering crystals and tassel embroidery.
