Former Australian fast bowler Brett Lee and former Indian pacer Debashish Mohanty have been appointed brand ambassadors for the Odisha Pro T20 League 2025.
The announcement was made during the Special General Meeting of the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) held in Puri.
The league, jointly organized by OCA and Arivaa Sports, will feature six franchise-based teams and run from September 15 to 24. Each day will host two matches, with live coverage on Star Sports and streaming available on FanCode.
OCA officials confirmed that a players’ draft will be held soon, allowing franchises to build their squads. A grand opening ceremony is also planned to kick off the tournament in style.
The presence of Brett Lee and Debashish Mohanty is expected to elevate the league’s visibility and inspire young cricketers across Odisha. OCA President Pankaj Lochan Mohanty, along with other key officials, expressed optimism about the league’s potential to transform the state’s cricketing landscape.
