The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has announced the formation of two crucial committees—the Political Affairs Committee and the Minority Cell—with prominent leaders taking charge.
The Political Affairs Committee, led LoP Naveen Patnaik, includes influential members such as Bikram Keshari Arukh, Pramila Mallick, Niranjan Pujari, Sanjay Kumar Das Burma, Pranab Prakash Das, Sudam Marndi, Tukuni Sahu, Dr. Sasmit Patra, and Dr. Santrupt Misra. This team is expected to drive key political strategies in the coming months.
In addition, the BJD Minority Cell has been constituted to enhance representation and engagement with diverse communities. The leadership team features Dilip Tirkey as Convenor, Rizwana Begum as Co-convenor, Muzibulla Khan as South Zone Coordinator, Ayub Khan as Western Zone Coordinator, and Sk Nizamuddin as Central Zone Coordinator.
