Bigg Boss 19 narrator Vijay Vikram Singh has addressed the controversy surrounding the eviction of Baseer Ali and Nehal Chudasama, making it clear that he had no involvement in the decision. The actor-narrator requested fans to stop blaming him for the eliminations and explained that all eviction decisions are made by Colors TV and Endemol.
Vijay Vikram Singh Responds to Backlash
During the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode, viewers were shocked when Bigg Boss announced a double eviction, sending Nehal and Baseer out of the house. Following the episode, angry fans took to social media, accusing the show of being unfair and even targeting Vijay Vikram Singh, mistaking him for the voice of Bigg Boss.
On Thursday, Vijay posted a video on Instagram clarifying his role. The caption read:
“I am not Bigg Boss. Don’t take revenge for the eviction from me.”
In the video, Vijay explained,
“When you hear ‘Bigg Boss wants to tell you all…,’ that isn’t me speaking from inside the house. The show has two voices. I handle the narration — announcements, time updates, and promos. The voice that speaks directly to contestants is someone else’s. So, please don’t send me the hate meant for him.”
“I Am Just the Narrator, Not Bigg Boss”
Vijay further explained that he has no authority in deciding who gets evicted or nominated. He emphasized that such decisions are entirely taken by Colors TV and Endemol Shine India, the producers of the show.
“Evicting contestants or deciding who should enter or leave the show is not in my hands. These decisions are made by Colors and Endemol. If you have concerns, please reach out to them. I am only a contracted artist who narrates the show every year,” he said.
He added with a humble request,
“Please stop abusing me because I am not Bigg Boss. I deserve your love, not your hatred.”
Baseer Ali and Nehal Chudasama’s Eviction Sparks Debate
While Nehal’s elimination was anticipated, Baseer Ali’s exit surprised many viewers. After leaving the house, Baseer expressed his disappointment and claimed his eviction could not have been due to a lack of votes.
In a media interaction, Baseer said,
“They said I was evicted due to a lack of votes, but that’s not true. My social media numbers speak for themselves. The week I became Boss of the Week and Mantri of the Week, I was evicted. The same people who supported me are voting for me too.”
Who’s Nominated This Week?
For the upcoming eviction, the entire house has been nominated except Abhishek Bajaj, Ashnoor Kaur, and Mridul Tiwari.
Fans can watch Bigg Boss 19 every night — 9:30 PM on JioCinema and 10:30 PM on Colors TV.
