As part of the ongoing ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’, the Debagada District Police organised a special “Mobile Return Mela” at the District Reserve Police Line on Wednesday.
During the event, police officials restored 62 lost and stolen mobile phones to their rightful owners.
The smartphones were successfully traced and recovered by the District Cyber Police Station using advanced technical tracking tools and digital monitoring systems.
The special program was coordinated by Cyber Police Station Inspector Biplab Sahoo. Debagada Superintendent of Police Kishore Chandra Munda attended as the chief guest and personally handed over the recovered handsets to the beneficiaries.
Under the event theme “Purna Milan” (Reunion), senior officials including Additional SP Dhiraj Chapdar, SDPO Ramesh Mahana, and DSP Pabitra Kisan were present on stage and lauded the cyber technical team’s dedicated efforts.
