Salman Khan brought back a memorable Bigg Boss moment while welcoming Manoj Tiwari’s daughter Rhiti Tiwari to Season 20 of the reality show.
The new promo features Manoj, who participated in Bigg Boss 4, arriving on stage before revealing that he is there to drop off his daughter. Rhiti then takes the stage and performs before Salman gives her some advice about life inside the Bigg Boss house.
Salman Khan’s ‘baap pe mat jaana’ joke
During the interaction, Salman cautioned Rhiti against getting into fights over eggs, telling her, “Ghar ke andar, ande ko lekar kabhi fight nahi karna.”
He then added, “Ae baap pe mat jaana,” prompting Manoj to grin and cover his face.
The exchange was a reference to Manoj’s infamous Bigg Boss 4 clash with Dolly Bindra, which began over a disagreement about breakfast and eggs.
The argument eventually produced the now-meme-worthy exchange involving Manoj’s remark that the kitchen did not belong to anyone’s father, followed by Dolly’s response telling him not to bring his father into the argument.
Rhiti appeared to play along with the joke, making Salman and Manoj laugh.
Who is Rhiti Tiwari?
Rhiti Tiwari is a musician and the daughter of actor-politician Manoj Tiwari. Unlike her father, who competed on Bigg Boss 4, she will enter the Bigg Boss house as a contestant in the show’s 20th season.
Her appearance in the latest promo has also given viewers a glimpse of how the makers are connecting the upcoming season with familiar faces from the show’s past.
Bigg Boss 20 premiere date and time
Bigg Boss 20 is scheduled to premiere on September 6.
The show will air on Colors TV at 10:30 pm, while viewers can stream it on JioHotstar from 9 pm.
The makers have been releasing a series of promos and teasers ahead of the launch, with several names linked to the contestant lineup.
The new Bigg Boss house has also been unveiled, featuring a whimsical design inspired by Alice in Wonderland. It includes a shark-themed pool, a giant pink teapot converted into a seating area and a hot-air balloon-inspired space.
The house reportedly has two secret rooms and 104 cameras monitoring the contestants.
