Eligible women under Odisha’s flagship Subhadra Yojana will receive their financial assistance on Rakhi Purnima.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida has informed that beneficiaries whose names are received from the districts by July 25 will also get the Subhadra money on the same occasion.
The scheme aims to provide direct financial support to women from economically weaker sections. Through this assistance, the state government seeks to enhance their financial independence, increase their participation in family decision-making, and encourage greater involvement in economic activities.
The Odisha government continues to prioritise women’s empowerment by ensuring timely and transparent transfer of benefits under the Subhadra Yojana.
