In a much-awaited update, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially opened the NEET UG 2026 fee refund portal on May 22, 2026.
This comes as a direct follow-up to the Public Notice issued on May 12, 2026, regarding the refund of examination fees for NEET (UG)-2026 candidates.
Hundreds of thousands of stressed aspirants can now submit their bank details and reclaim their fees within the next few days. The portal is open only until May 27, 2026, 11:50 PM, so time is ticking.

Here’s what you need to do:
👉 Log in to your NEET UG 2026 registration portal
👉 Click the refund link

According to the official NTA notice, candidates simply need to:
- Log in to the NEET UG 2026 registration portal using their existing credentials.
- Click on the refund link to access the dedicated refund facility.
- Enter the required bank account details accurately.
Details you must keep ready:
- Account Holder Name (exactly as per bank records)
- IFSC Code
- Account Number
- Bank Name
- Scanned copy of a cancelled cheque (optional, but recommended for accuracy)
Once submitted, the details will be treated as final — no changes will be allowed afterwards. NTA has also strongly advised candidates not to initiate chargebacks for the NEET (UG)-2026 examination fees.
