The mysterious death of Twisha Sharma in Bhopal has taken a major legal turn after the Madhya Pradesh High Court directed authorities to conduct a second autopsy. The fresh post-mortem will be carried out by a team of doctors from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

Twisha Sharma was found hanging at her matrimonial home in the Katara Hills area of Bhopal on May 12. The incident sparked widespread attention and raised questions surrounding the circumstances of her death.

High Court Orders Second Post-Mortem

During the hearing, the Madhya Pradesh High Court ordered a second autopsy to ensure a detailed and independent medical examination of the case. The court’s decision comes amid growing scrutiny and public interest surrounding the investigation.

According to reports, the fresh examination will be conducted by specialists from AIIMS Delhi to verify findings from the initial post-mortem and assist investigators in determining the exact cause of death.

The development is being seen as a significant step toward ensuring transparency in the probe.

Husband Samarth Singh Ready to Surrender

During the proceedings, senior advocate Mringendra Singh informed the court that Twisha Sharma’s husband, Samarth Singh, is prepared to surrender before the trial court.

However, the legal team also requested the court to direct the trial court to hear and decide the bail plea on the same day as the surrender.

The matter has intensified public attention, with many closely following the legal proceedings and investigation updates.

Investigation Continues in Bhopal

Police officials are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding Twisha Sharma’s death. Authorities are expected to rely heavily on the findings of the second autopsy report for further legal action.

The case has triggered widespread discussion on social media, with many demanding a fair and transparent investigation.
