The Election Commission of India (ECI) has released a comprehensive Statistical Report containing 14 categories of data related to the Bihar Legislative Assembly Elections 2025.
According to the Commission, the reports include detailed numerical information such as: state-level and constituency-wise voter data, number of polling stations, voter turnout by state and constituency, women’s participation in voting, party-wise vote share, gender-based voter participation, constituency summary reports, performance of national, state, and registered unrecognised political parties (RUPPs), analysis of winning candidates, and constituency-wise detailed results.
The ECI stated that the release of these statistical reports reflects its commitment to transparency, enabling easier public access to credible election-related information for academics, researchers, journalists, and citizens.
Notably, the reports have been published within just five days of the conclusion of the Bihar elections—much faster than earlier cycles, when such reports often took several weeks or even months.
