Cuttack: Unidentified miscreants have allegedly looted a donation box and ornaments from Paschimeswar temple situated at Tulasipur in Cuttack city.
Reportedly, the matter came to light after the priest noticed that the lock of the temple was broken and the donation box and the ornaments were looted. Following this, the priest informed the temple authorities.
Later, the temple authorities alerted the police about the same. On being informed police reached the spot and launched a probe after registering a case in this regard.
During the investigation, police recovered the empty donation box a few meters away from the temple.
