Rasanara Parwin, Odisha’s trailblazing woman cricketer, has announced her retirement from international cricket.


She became the first woman from Odisha to represent India in a T20 World Cup squad. Her cricketing journey inspired young athletes across the state and beyond. She played one ODI and two T20 matches for Team India. Rasanara was also part of the victorious 2012 Asia Cup team.
