Sources indicate the incident occurred around 6:30 AM, when the intruder used a ladder to climb the wall from the Rail Bhavan side and reached the Garud Dwar of the newly inaugurated Parliament building.
The individual was swiftly apprehended by guards stationed inside the complex and is currently being interrogated by authorities.
While no injuries or damage have been reported, the breach has raised serious concerns about perimeter surveillance and the adequacy of early morning security protocols.
Officials have yet to release the identity or motive of the intruder. Investigations are ongoing, and further details are expected as the situation develops.
This incident comes amid heightened security measures in the capital, especially around key government installations.
