Bhubaneswar: On the instructions of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman V.K. Pandian visited Cuttack this evening and reviewed various conversion works at Shriram Chandra Bhanj Medical College, Chandi Temple, Talada Canal and Ravenshaw Girls School.
After visiting the Cuttack Chandi Temple, he had a darshan of Maa and discussed with the worshipers and the district administration regarding various renovation works of the temple.
It is worth noting that the transformation and beautification of Chandi Temple is going on under the 5T initiative. Mr. Pandian has ordered to completion of the temple beautification, drainage, parking and other works as soon as possible.
He suggested that attention should be paid to how travellers can have a convenient and orderly darshan of the deity and gain a divine experience.
The 5T Chairman visited Sriramchandra Bhanj Medical College and Hospital and reviewed the progress of its conversion work. He directed to completion of the construction of 4 clinical blocks and 13 residential blocks as soon as possible.
Mr. Pandian then visited the Ravenshaw Girls School, discussed with the teachers of the school and directed the department to restore the heritage building.
During the visit of 5T Chairman, Principal Secretary, District Collector, CMC Commissioner, DCP, Managing Director of OBCC and senior officers of the Department were present.
