Captain Uttam Singh set the tone with a composed early goal, followed by a superb strike from Amandeep Lakra to extend the lead. The midfield command and defensive discipline thwarted Ireland’s attacking efforts throughout.
Aditya Lalage stole the show with a stunning brace, scoring two back-to-back goals in the second half to put the game well beyond Ireland’s reach. Forwards Selvam Karthi and Boby Singh Dhami added to the tally, each scoring clinically to cap off a complete performance.
